About Dennis C. Jackson
 Dennis C. Jackson grew up in Parma and always knew he wanted to be an attorney. He graduated from Valley Forge High School, Bowling Green State University and in 1981, he graduated from law school at the University of Toledo.
Jackson’s father was a machinist at the Ford Motor Company where Dennis also worked during college. He says his employment at Ford was a great learning experience, education that he could not receive from his formal studies.
Essentially, Jackson is achieving his childhood dream. After working with Hyatt Legal Services for eight years, Jackson now heads his own law firm that limits its practice to estate planning and probate avoidance.
He lives in North Royalton with his wife and two children.

James D. Kennedy - Settlement Attorney*
 Jim Kennedy is a 1985 graduate of John Carrol University with a degree in accounting. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Jim worked at Ernst & Young after graduation from Cleveland - Marshall College of Law in 1990. Jim has helped hundreds of our clients in setting up their Revocable Living Trusts. Since 2005, Jim has assisted our clients in the sensitive area of settling Trusts, both when the first spouse passes and in transferring the assets to the family after both spouses have passed away. Jim also handles any probate matters related to estate settlement. Jim enjoys his relationships with the families he serves. Jim and his wife Cindy reside in Mayfield Village with their 2 children.

A 2003 graduate of CSU’s John Marshall School of Law, Pete grew up in Chesterland and now resides in Broadview Heights.

 As a 1979 graduate of BGSU, Tony and Dennis have known each other for over 35 years. The first 25 years of
Tony's professional life were spent in industry. As an accounting professional, Tony had many financial responsibilities within large corporations. Upon leaving industry, he reunited with college friend Dennis and since 2006, Tony has been an estate funding consultant for the firm. Holding a series 7 securities registration and being a licensed insurance representative, Tony assists our clients in properly position their assets. Tony and his wife Nora live in Chagrin Falls.
Becky Unger - Financial Sales Assistant

 Becky joined the firm in 2007 with over 35 years experience in the banking and financial industry. Her responsibilities include support for the financial aspects of client-firm relationships and all licensing and regulations for our broker/dealer,
INVEST Financial. She has an associate degree from Cuyahoga Community College and attended Indiana University.
Rachel Tinney - Administrative Assistant*
 Rachel has been with the firm since 1997. Her duties include all aspects of Trust preparation, amendments and supporting documents. Rachel is an authority in deed preparation and real estate transfers. Rachel handles all document recordings and the related correspondence with numerous County Auditors and Recorders. Rachel and her husband John reside in Barberton with their daughter.
Lisa Krcmar - Receptionist*
 Since 2007, Lisa is the smiling face at our front desk and the first voice you hear when calling the firm. Lisa is responsible for making sure you are comfortable when you visit our office. She is also in charge of our schedules. Lisa and her husband Kevin reside in Broadview Heights with their 2 sons.
